| N.B |
- The above renewal fee (60% of access fee including VAT, stamp duty and default air time charge if any) is applicable only if the renewal is requested within a year after the date of cancellation. Otherwise, 100% of the initial Subscription fee should be paid if the renewal is requested afterwards.

- If the pre-paid service SIM Card is in a pool period, 27.60 Birr default air time charge should be added on the above fee of Change of subscription. Otherwise, if the customer requests change of subscription after the pool period is due, he shall pay full amount of initial subscription fee.
|
- To subscribe the given service on a post paid basis, the customers should fulfill the necessary conditions.
|
- In case of changing post paid service to pre paid service, the deposit guaranty (if any) should be returned to the customer provided that he has already settled all his due bills.
|
- 27.60 Birr SIM Card replacement cost should be added to the above renewal fee had the customer lost the SIM Card up on request.
|
- The usage charge for normal voice calls made from and to WCDMA (3G Mobile) is the same with that of GSM Mobile.
