• The customer will get a notification of delivery (the originator will receive either success of failure notification by USSD). |

• Subscribers with suspended (one way blocked) SIM will receive the notification; however, they shall top up to activate their SIM. |

• For disabled (two way blocked) MSISDNs, the subscriber will not receive the notification until the SIM is activated by recharging. |
| |
• Subscribers whose mobile are out of reach, or switched off, or terminated or not active will not receive request for call me back, until they become available or switch on, or activate. The originator will receive notification of failure. |
