Electronic Customer Acquisition Form (E-CAF)
It is recalled that customers were used to fill customer acquisition forms in hard copy whenever they buy new telecom services both from ethio-shops or retailers.
However, in order to make the service provisioning process fast and smart ethio-telecom has changed the customer acquisition format from hard copy to electronic (E-CAF).
Hence, we hereby kindly request our esteemed customers to buy our services only from retailers who use E-CAF or from ethio telecom shops. We further would like to inform you that, as of this announcement, any service bought without E-CAF will not be valid (activated).
